Good question. Probably not likely, even though the chipset in the 730T is
the Western Digital 90C24 (I took my unit apart once, so I know more about it).
The digitizer is Wacom I believe, but it's probably not likely you could use a color
screen on it.
Plus, I believe the RAM is only 512K, vs. 1MB on the 360PE.

There is the 730TE, which is the same unit, but with a 486DX4-75. I'm hoping

I noticed there's no BIOS upgrades, but supposedly it works fine past Y2K.
I'm using mine as a reference machine for a specific app, but when I
upgrade to a 730T, I plan on using it for a GPS system (have a 32MB DRAM
card on the way).
