The problem seems to be that IBM is not consistant
with their jumper settings. I looked up the pinout
for the connector and they are different for the 4gb
drive than the 2gb drive. One requires the jumper be
on for Master, the other off for Master which causes
them to not be interchangeable in the same shell.
