SoftDVD was sold by Zoran to MGI Software so it is the same
product.

It does have the Mediametics product, the Mediametics product
isn't that great either. Why else do you think it doesn't work under
Windows ME, all because the coding is incompatible and they won't give any
assistance to Microsoft.
