As I understand it, W98 reloads every single driver when you resume.
This is supposed to improve stability, at the cost of speed. I tried
W98, hated this new "feature" and went back to W95. I have no need for
W2K and am too cheap to shell out $$$ for it when I can work without it
so I'm still running Win95 (and Office 95).
