Sounds like a BIOS or BIOS battery problem. Looks like another trip to
EZServe for the poor thing....

Hmmm. Sounds like a system problem. Maybe related to your operating
system.

This does not sound right. Usually when a hard drive "spins down" it
remains quiet. Maybe your hard drive is not operating correctly.
