The Xircom card is indeed in possession of a RJ-45 jack at the end of the unit;
all I do when I get to work is plug it in and I'm off and running.
It is however a large card, and takes up both slots in a two slot PCMCIA
system.
I believe this is called a "type iii" card, in that it needs the extra height.
I've never tried using both ethernet and modem at the same time. I'll have
to try
that one of these days.
