It's been over a month, the paint has cured to a real hard finish. For the
first few days I could put scratches on it with my fingernail if I put good
pressure on it. Now it's pretty resistant to that. No wear from the case
at all.
Problems
Worn thru on the latch, probably because the paint was to thin. Replaced it
with a black one and the contrast looks better anyway. A couple minor chips
on the bottom from use, but again the paint was thin.
Positives
The top/sides show no wear, chips, or scratches. Thing I really like is a
slightly damp rag removes the finger prints and grime much quicker than
before. If I ever get my digital camera back, I'll post the photo's
