It's very easy. Use a razor knife or other similar device to carefully
pop off the stickers that cover the screws (on that thin plastic strip
right above the keyboard). Then remove all the screws on that strip.
That plastic strip should come right off. Then unlatch the keyboard (as
if you were opening it) and lift up. You will see where the keyboard is
connected, just unplug it.
That's pretty much it, do the reverse to install the new keyboard.
The hardest part is removing the screw stickers without damaging the
stickers or the finish, but that's pretty easy with a razor knife or
X-acto knife. I insert the sharp point under the edge of the sticker.
Tilt the knife so to not accidentally scratch the plastic. I do NOT
recommend trying to remove the stickers with a flathead screwdriver or
anything similarly blunt. I've bought used Thinkpads where something
like that was used, and believe me, that really scums them up.
