There is a FAT32 driver, you can find it on http://hobbes.nmsu.edu

You can ignore that error. The install should go on fine.

But first make sure you download the latest Installation Disks from
the IBM DDpak site, they have been updated to support Thinkpads.

Not really, it should work with the Generic PS/2 driver. You are probably
using old install disks and thats why you are getting that error.

There is also the IBM TrackPoint driver for OS/2, which can be found
on the Device Driver Matrix on IBM's website.

You may also want to try the SDD video drivers, which are really fast,
and support most ThinkPads.
