I hear Retrospect is pretty good, it supports incremental backup which will
save time. It runs under Win2000. I haven't trialled it enough to trust it.

I prefer ghost (and trust it), but it's ugly to use (boot into DOS), and it
sure was fussy getting it work with Win2000 NTFS partitions.
