When I had a Mac for a while, there was a *great* backup program
on that platform called "Retrospect".

It has since been migrated to the Windows platform (I think it
works under Win2K too). If its anything like the Mac one, then its great.

I noticed a version of it came bundled with that cheap Sony USB
external CD-R that was all the rage on this list a few weeks ago. I
managed to get one, and installed (but haven't yet looked at) this bundled
version of Retrospect.

I know it backs up to CD-R / CD-RW too.

Alternative method would be Powerquest's Drive Image program--its
a good way to go, and its latest version (4?) backs up to CD-R too.
