Randy,
The file is called "onscrnkx.exe" and it's 802kb in size. If you go to
support and input your machine's type, you should find it. IBM posted it
10.20.2000.
Below is a cut and past of the readme.txt.

What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides On Screen Display program for
Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0/2000 users. The program displays the results
of using the ThinkPad function keys on the desktop screen.
This program also provides some enhancements of the ThinkPad function
keys. For example, whenever the system speaker volume is changed,
this program displays volume indicator on the desktop screen.
Previously, the On Screen Display program was installed during the
installation of the ThinkPad Configuration Utility. Starting with
the latest versions of the ThinkPad Configuration Utility programs,
the On Screen Dislay program must be installed with it's own setup
program. The latest version of the On Screen Display program,
version 2.24i, is backward compatible with 2 previous versions of
the ThinkPad Configuration Utilities.
To determine the On Screen Display version that is currently
installed, refer to the "Determining which version is installed"
section.
The following ThinkPad computers are supported:
- ThinkPad 240Z
- ThinkPad 570, 570E
- ThinkPad 600, 600E, 600X
- ThinkPad A20m, A20p, T20
- ThinkPad A21m, A21p, A21e, T21
- ThinkPad X20

I'm looking at the Device Driver Matrix right now, and I don't
see
anything that resembles that. Perhaps you can be more specific, if you
know more?
Thanks!
