I used to get about 2 a day - no big deal. But since the summer, it's
at least 5 a day and some are in Spanish! So I have started forwarding
this crap to abuse_at_theirdomain.com. Most of the big isps actively
pursue these morons, and just yesterday one informed me that they had
terminated an account for spamming. It does pay to complain.

I also have my mail reader set to drop all badly-addressed mail into a
junk folder which makes it easier to deal with. I used to respond to
the spammers too, but some are just trolling for valid addresses and
this just confirms it.
