Took out the 32MB module provided with the notebook and installed the 128meg
part.
Win2k didn't work.

I also ran the tests with both parts installed and they passed successfully.

goldenram has worldwide, lifetime warranty..
did you try just the 128meg part..?
have you run a memory test..??
