I think your biggest difficulty will be item 2 concerning world class modem
--- you might have to settle for US modem and changing the initiation string
from X4 to X3 (if memory serves) to have blind dialing. If anyone has the
card you want, it probably is 3Com under the USRobotics or MegaHertz labels
and you're probably talking big $.
If you can accept blind dialing, take a look at the Linksys line which
usually gives good value for the dollar.
