On ebay I bought 11J9992, a 16V 2.2 Amp adapter for the range
of thinkpads with the barrel-type connector, including, I hope,
my 701.
I was surprised / disappointed that it came without a cable to
plug it into the wall. Instead of the three-prong "kettle
plug" which come with larger adaptors such as 85G6695 /
85G6698, it has two round prongs spaced at about .85 cm or
maybe 11/64 ", not quite the same as a warming plate plug I
have lying around. Of course.
Does anybody have these for sale? I noticed something here
about a week ago, but erased it because it was not of interest,
then.
