I can't say (without the part number or the exact model#) but a new keyboard
should not cost more than $50 USD..
replacing the old with the new should not take more than a half hour at
most..
keytops are not generally available..

no idea about a source for stick on labels, other than a pen and some sticky
labels.. :-)
