You could try a hobby shop (or other place where plastic model kits can
be bought) to see if they have any decals that could be applied to the
existing keys. This would look much better than "hand-painted" letters
and is far cheaper than a new keyboard. Decals tend to be a little more
susceptible to wear, though.
