FWIW, i have sold hard drives to the US Army, 75th Ranger Regiment..
(these are the guys that wear green "camo" face paint to bed, when the have
a bed)
they use the 770 and LOVE it..
saying it is the best "chassis" they have out of several brands..
the 770 is the last of the rolls royce of thinkpads..
big, heavy and very tough..
like a good OS.. (OS/2 comes to mind) heh, heh.. :-)
