It really depends on where they are, and what color.

Red pixels in the middle of the screen can drive people nuts, but a
green or blue pixel can usually be ignored, after a period of adjustment.

It also depends on what you're doing. If you live in a word processor all
day which creates a white screen, a blow-on pixel is going to be inviable
with all the white, but if you work in a DOS shell, those little pixels are
going to be staring at you...

In general, I'm not happy with anything but a perfect screen. I'm not sure
that's a reasonable position when getting a 1600x1200 screen, but if it isn't
OK now, it will be later on.

It really depends on where they are, what color they are and what you do
with the screen. With luck, it will be OK for you. If not, you'll probably
have an "interesting" time getting the company to give you a screen. I've
never fraught that battle, so I can't help out.
