My almost fully charged battery ceased operating instantly. No warning, etc. The guage shows 0 left. I removed the battery and measure 0 volts between + & - . With the battery removed, I measured the voltage on the TP and it too was 0 volts indicating that the unit wasn't charging.
What I don't know is: are the two middle pins different voltages or maybe a shorting connection? How can I determine if my TP is not charging or if the battery has gone south?
I can wiggle the battery and it either makes the charging light flash, stay lit or go out. No matter what the light indicates, the battery does not charge.
Does anyone have an idea how to diagnose my problem?
