Dr. Jeff,
If this is a one-time deal, find a local professional photo lab
and have them burn the file to a PC-formatted CD. Just wait
until after Christmas or they'll shove you out the door.
If you're going to do this repeatedly, you could buy an internal
zip drive for the CD-ROM bay or get an external parallel port zip
drive, upgrade your Win OS, and get a copy of Mac Disk 98...pain
in the butt but I do it every day and it works fine.
Note many Mac people don't use 3 char file extensions, so you'll
probably have to ask the person who sent you the file what type
it is and add the proper extension in order to be able to view
the file. If you're lucky, it's just a TIF or PhotoShop PSD in
Mac byte order, which most decent viewers can handle.
