IE 5.5 has many known bugs that make it almost impossible to work with in a
variety of settings. I.E. 5.0 is fine with none of the similar issues. You
can easily revert back to 5.0 or 4.0 by using your uninstall programs button
in your control panel; it will automatically uninstall 5.5 and revert you
back to your previous version. I would suggest sticking with 5.0 until 5.6
comes out and skip 5.5 altogether.

Ever since I upgraded to this version, I have been booted off-line about 20
times in 6 hours!
My pages are loading EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean when I go to double click on a link, it takes 45 seconds to get
there IF I can get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
