While we're on the subject. As some list-members already know, I
bought 5 701s for some relatives and I'm in the process of setting
them up with Windows 95, Office 97, and AOL. What I'd like to do is
pre-pay for a year of AOL and have them share an account, but the AOL
people I've spoken with say this isn't an option, and they're
none-to-fond of the fact that I want to pay by check rather than
attach my CC info to the account (a necessary pre-caution, since my
younger siblings have proven quite creative when handed any of my
financial information). Does anyone have the number or e-mail of
someone at AOL that's particularly cooperative and understanding about
such things that I could try?
