I've actually been looking at European models, so that I don't have to
"castrate" the US end (this is more of an issue on these models, since
there are 3 prongs) and replace it with a European one. The local prices I
found were FIM 480 and FIM 460 for the 56W and the 72W models,
respectively (this is equivalent to $70. I know it's possible to find
these adapters for much less on eBay, but with shipping and other
transaction costs, the final price would be more or less the same.
