I've got almost 200 755 series machines out in the field doing yeoman duty with
non-profits and non-governmental organizations. With some few exceptions
(approx. 20) they're all running W95 very reliably and with a remarkable amount
of stability. I've never had the time to do any Winstone tests on them, but the
"hands-on" feedback says the W95 machines run faster than the W98 ones.

The few exceptions that are running W98 account for almost 75% of all calls I
get for assistance, usually from a BSOD. FWIW, I also have a few machines that
are running WFW3.11 (client's preference) which is in many opinions the most
stable Windows after W2K.

Even the P75 755CE, CX, CV and CD machines run more reliably with W95 IMHO.

Regards,

James
