According to my Thinkpad Hardware Maintenance Manuals and other 760series spec
sheets, pretty much all the 760 series (except for the 760C & CD) take the
following memory specifications: SO-DIMM, 3.3V, Non-Parity, EDO, 64 bit...
IBM part # are: 8MB-92G7340.. 16MB-92G7341...32MB-92G7342...64MB-76H0268.
IBM may have crossed these to another number by now..haven't checked.. but this
may give you a starting point.
