Installing OS on a 560Z

I have a 560Z with no external drives at all. It currently has winnt on with unknown passwords on a NTFS file system.

Anyone know how I can install a new OS,

so far my only ideas have been
1. Buy a floppy drive - Too expensive
2. Put my HD in a ThinkPad 755CD - Doesn't recognise the drive
3. Buy a connector to connect my HD up to my home PC

Any help will be very greatly appreciated
