Do you have a CD drive that you can boot from, or is that what you meant by 'no external drives'? If you do, you can boot from the WinNT CD and repair your original installation or install a new OS. For that matter, you can boot with Win98 or Win2000 CD and install that way too. As for repairing the original install, I believe there is a way to install a parallel copy of the OS, boot to it, then make some changes in the original OS to reset the password.
Otherwise, if you have no CD and no floppy and no ability to connect a second HD then I think you're SOL unless you buy the connector to install the drive in a desktop PC.
