Win200 Dual boot on 560Z

This may be a little off topic, but I have just install Win2K on my 560Z (Hard Disk) after putting the HD into another computer. I know have the problem though, that I need to update my bios before my 560Z can run Win2k.

 

I don't have a disk drive, so the only way I could think was to install DOS on my computer, then get windows 2000 to give me the option of which OS to boot up at the start. Anyone know how I can do this? Or will my bios run Win2k enough so I can update my BIOS? ( I have the bios from 13-01-99)
