I have EZSmart drives and have never seen it work
either despite having several failures. The problem is
that it only reports certain errors and then only to
the EZSmart program which has to be running or be
supported by the main board's BIOS.
If you aren't running EZSmart and don't get the right
type of error, it's completely useless!
