Louie the Liquidator has a special going on for what he described as:
10GB IDE 2.5 X .5 12MS IBM TRAVELSTAR NOTEBOOK HARD DRIVE - $99.00
ITEM#...DARA-212000
http://www.hitechcafe.com/eshop/product2.asp?sku=DARA%2D212000&dept%5Fid=7
But, if you look closely at the above and on the webpage, you'll see that these
are actually DARA-212000 _12GB_ drives, NOT 10GB.
See: http://www.storage.ibm.com/hardsoft/diskdrdl/travel/tr12gn.htm for the
specs. These are NIB, 9.5MM thick drives and will fit ANY 770, 570, 600 or newer
Thinkpad! He has 800+ available.
As usual with Louie, you never know how much "shipping and handling" will be
until AFTER it ships (unless you order by phone) but I would think it would be
right around $12 for UPS Ground. Not _too_ bad a total price for an extra 12GB
drive to have around, and the jellybeans are always nice to get. ;-)
Go get some,
James
