On the telephone this morning Louie's rep described them as "Factory Sealed".
But, I won't know for sure until I see the box!

FWIW, the 1969-111 outboard 20X CD-ROMs I bought from Louie way back when were
described as NIB and came with a "Sealed for Quality by IBM" seal on them and
all of the accessory bags inside were still sealed.

The 6GB Fujitsu drives he was selling for MORE than these 12GB drives back in
January were described as NIB and all the ones I got came factory sealed.

Would be nice to have more than a 90 day warranty on these (the Fujitsus had a
1YR warranty!) but for $99 for 12GB, these really are disposable.

Regards,

James
