Every time I've seen or heard of this problem, it has been shown to be
related to Adaptec EasyCD Creator Suite of programs (my problem was with
version 4). In particular, the application Take Two seems to cause this
problem. I'd suggest uninstalling EasyCD Creator and see if this fixes
things for you.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Hi, I occurred in the same error message that you got some time ago, could
you find a solution for it, at last?

(I read this old message on a newsgroup)
