Thanks, steve and lee for your help. After switch the DIMMs around, now I
can see my memory up to 192 MB. The original RAM I have is a IBM and the one
I just bought is PNY and they seems work together fine, just can't put the
small size RAM in the first slot.

Does it make a difference if you switch the DIMMs around? I'm wondering
if it doesn't recognize the larger DIMM in the second slot. I know I
had a 2645-45U with 288MB.
