You probably haven't had to get one replaced under
warranty. I agree that they are good products but they
have it set up so there is no way to contact customer
service directly to get an RMA. You first have to call
tech support and convince them that you deserve a
replacement! Then, if you get past tech support they
will transfer you to the queue to finally talk to
someone in customer service. After getting an RMA you
have to send in the defective unit first then wait a
month for the replacement.
