Someone here suggested partitioning like so:
C: WINDOWS
D: PROGRAMS
E: DATA
F: MUSIC
I wonder why the programs are split out from the Windows partition.
What does this gain you if you have to use the product recovery CD to
redo the Windows partition? Don't you still have to reinstall
everything anyway to restock the registry and start menu?
