Those aren't Best Buy rebates. Best Buy rebates have printed out at
the register for quite some time, along with the receipt, and all go to
the Best Buy Rebate Center. You have to check which rebate it is,
manufacturer's will vary wildly, but the rebate center is pretty solid.
Make sure it says the rebate center and not an address for the
manufacturer and you'll be fine.

They are a discount parts store, I can't imagine anyone going there
