I'm a little confused, on IBM's site they say the 66MHz SDRAM is
"Not supported on 390X or 600X or 570E" and the 100MHz SDRAM is
"Supported on ThinkPad 390X and 600X or 570E only". Is there
something different about the Viking 100MHz SDRAM that allows them
to work with the TP600 (2645-51U)?
Also, I have 96Mb now (which I guess is 32Mb + 64Mb module). I'm
supposed to be limited to 288Mb, so do I just remove the 64Mb and
replace with the 256Mb?
Just checked crucial.com, they only list 128Mb for this TP (also
it's 66MHz)
Thanks!
