(laughing) I'm definately not trying to do a sales job here... the machine
is worth what it is worth to someone in the market for these features...
since all of the places I checked with had sold out of these packages a
month ago and had waiting lists, it appears that there was a market for it
at the time... in hindsight I shouldnt have purchased a subnote without
being able to try it out at first, but I took the risk... I felt it was
reasonable at 1999.00 for the package because it was essentially the same
spec as the X21 which is still around 2000.00 (or was when I checked) for a
comparably spec'd computer alone without any of the extras... and evidently
there were a few people who felt that way as these retailers (Tiger, Datek,
World etc) sold out of these packages and they were on backorder when I
bought this one...

The bottom line is that I'm a big guy and this computer just isnt right for
me ergonomically... I bet there is someone out there who it is right for and
I'd like to find them... hence the ad... if someone IS interested, they may
contact me and let me know their thoughts on the current market for the
machine... I'm clearly not going to break even, so its all a matter of
degree

Andrew
