And free International Fedex ends today! (I found a link to a
Canadian version). Though they estimate a $6 charge for "taxes and
fees" at the border, don't know if that's a brokerage fee or just
taxes or what.

Hmm, sounds like I should perhaps go with 128 now (and put it in
slot 0, move the 64 to slot 1) to get 224, and leave it at that for
now.

It looks like they only sell to US customers from dell.com. I
built an order but it doesn't offer non-US "states", and the
conditions seem to imply it. I like this fine print too: "Ship-To
Prohibitions: Please be informed that your designated ship to
address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Dell
will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight
forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel or PO
box."

Tried dell.ca and checking on memory (or motherboards, etc.) says
"call parts at 1-866-440-3355". I did that but they want C$125 for
the 128Mb!! (vs ~C$50 from the US site _before_ the -20%).

So I can either order from dell.com for U$30 and get it shipped to
a friend in the US (it would be brought to Canada in mid-August),
or from crucial.com for U$40 and have it here tomorrow.

Weird pricing on dell.com though, the 32Mb and 64Mb are $18.45
each, the 128Mb is $38.45, and the 256Mb is $259.95! (vs. Crucial
at $22, $24, $40, and $87). Must be a typo.

I think crucial is the way to go in this case, I'll have it sooner
and don't have to make mis-statements on the order form.
