I've got a 600x with the 12gb hard drive that is getting too loud for me to
handle... I've been resisting due to the pain of moving my files and
applications... does EZ serv usually replace these or do they repair them
somehow to deal with the noise? If they replace them, do they send them
back with a clean install of the OS the machine came with or can they
transfer files?
