do NOT send your data to easy serve...
the MOST they can do is re-image the drive with the original OS and that is
it..
they will NOT transfer files for you..
i suggest, if you are having noise problems, that you get a replacement
drive FIRST, then clone the drive from your existing drive, test it and then
clean off the files from your old drive and THEN send it back..
