The agreements are long contracts (~20 pages) with something in the
bowels of the IBM beast. Info below from my files; one or more of
these contacts should evoke the information. The agreements are nothing
special that I know of; in fact so far as I know it is the only way
to get service on these machines. I never heard of "extended warranty".
