I apologize, we're discussing apples and oranges. There's a vast gulf between
Service Agreements, which are only available to corporations, and the warranty
extensions/upgrades I was referring to.
Even the ServicePac upgrade to onsite service contains the qualifier: "These
services are available for machines normally used for business, professional, or
trade purposes, rather than personal, family or household purposes".
