They're made by Port and are available either directly from them or through
several retailers. The "trick" is that Port calls them pouches, not cases.
The flip open IBM case is P/N TL61000. Although it's not on their website, it
can be ordered from Port at 800 852-5884 for approx. $20 IIRC.
The other cases have zippers and are: 610BLK and 640BLK and are available on
www.port.com. Searching www.shopper.com or www.pricewatch.com you'll find them
discounted by several vendors.
