shipping internationally is easy..
not cheap and it does involve a bit of paperwork, but the fedex ship works
very well for that..
the forms, if filled in by hand, while not as simple as slapping an address
label and a stamp on a priority mail parcel, is not that difficult..

in germany, if purchased for business, there is no duty..
(its refunded)

france OTH has a duty on most anything including a sneeze..

italy is, well, italy.. :-)

switzerland, well, i forgot, but most of my customers in europe don't ask me
to fudge the value..

costa rica had no duty on computers, but chile does..

there is no reason not to ship internationally, unless you're selling a $5
part..

one more thing, global priority mail to canada, europe and most of the rest
of the world (except italy<s>) is $5 for whatever can be stuffed into the
small envelope..
i've shipped everything from memory parts to a hard drive (to scotland) in
one of those envelopes..

relax, be generous, let the guys NOT in the USA bid and buy.. :-)
