I don't know whether this is happening with ALL the
390E or not.. we have 10 tp390e in our office and all
10 of them got this 'symthom' where lcd screen begin
to fade to white..
call easyserv and they are aware of the fact that it's
LCD inverter/cable/something fault and had issued a
'engineering fix' for any 390e that is out of
warranty..
unfortunately that 'engineering fix' had expired...
and they wants $4xx to fix that situation.. you can
take it up with customer service and they might fix it
(they agreed to fix the 10th one for us)
just a 'head up'
