Hi Dennis
FYI I've repaired a few of my 760s with this problem.
The fix is to add a short jumper on the bottom of the
system board.
A trivial thing to do.
Whats not trivial is taking the 760 apart and putting it all back
together again.
I am going to waste the bandwidth on this because it seems to
be a rather common problem which others may have.
I would hate to think of nice 760s going into the dumpster
when all they need is a short jumper soldered in and a
good dose of TLC.
