When I run FDISK I get "No fixed disks present".
I have done the other 3 tasks several times.
If I boot up (in dos) without running the IBM PCMCIA program
I can't even get a directory on the solid state drive.
BTW this is a SanDisk CompactFlash PC Card Adapter.
Win versions prior to 98SE need the IBM PCMCIA update
program to see the card, 98SE doesn't.
Isn't it sort of typical microsoft (dah) thinking that the card can
be formatted but Fdisk says it doesn't exist.
BTW this is a SanDisk CompactFlash PC Card Adapter.
Thanks for your response, Bert
